| dc.description.abstract | In the era of globalization, the growing market demand has driven significant developments in the service industry, particularly in the field of logistics and delivery services. One of the key challenges in this sector is optimizing distribution costs to remain efficient and competitive. This study aims to analyze shipping cost optimization using the Least Cost method for initial solutions, followed by the Stepping-Stone and Modified Distribution Method (MODI) to achieve optimal solutions. These methods are applied to allocate shipments from multiple sources to various destinations at minimum cost. The results show that combining the Least Cost method with Stepping-Stone and MODI provides greater cost efficiency in distribution. This research is expected to assist logistics companies in designing effective and efficient distribution strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business competitiveness. | en_US |
