dc.description.abstractThe increasingly complex development of the investment business requires companies to possess high-quality human resources as well as a strong corporate image in the eyes of the public and employees. To optimize employee performance in investment companies, career development serves as an important internal supporting factor in helping employees achieve performance targets. Employee work commitment is also given serious attention in order to achieve organizational goals. This study is motivated by the instability of employee performance, which is influenced by public perceptions of the company's corporate image, as well as suboptimal career development within the work environment. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Medan. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Medan, with a total sample of 105 respondents, and data collection was conducted using Likert-scale questionnaires. The results indicate that corporate image and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work commitment does not play a significant role as a moderating variable, although it has a direct effect on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening corporate image and implementing sustainable career development programs as key factors in improving employee performance.
