This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Environment, Work Discipline, and Organizational Commitment on the Employee Performance of Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pancur Batu. Based on the phenomena found in this study, it was observed that some employees experienced a decline in work morale due to the numerous tasks that needed to be completed and non-compliance with work deadlines. This study uses a quantitative approach. The total population in this study is 31 employees. The sample size is 31 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. The research data was obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires as primary data, as well as documentation studies to collect secondary data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that, partially, the variables of work environment, work discipline, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work environment, work discipline, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.This finding affirms the importance for the company to pay attention to the work environment, work discipline, and organizational commitment in improving the employee performance at Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Pancur Batu.
