    Abstract
Flash floods disasters and landslides are complex problem that require the involvement of various stakeholders with different roles and responsibilities, both directly and indirectly involved. This study was conducted to identify stakeholders who play a role in mitigation and adaptation of hydrometeorological disasters in Simangulampe village, and understand the role of each party in the effort. The number of stakeholders involved causes its own complexity, so mapping of interest, the level of influence, and understanding of mitigation and disaster adaptation is very important. Data is collected in 2 forms, primers and secondary. Primary data obtained from interviews while secondary data comes from the Regent’s Deecree and research journals.
