Pengaruh Pengetahuan Sumber Daya Berwujud dan Sumber Daya Tidak Berwujud terhadap Kinerja Usaha pada pengusaha Café di Rimo Kecamatan Gunung Meriah Kabupaten Aceh Singkil

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Tangible Resources and Intangible Resources on Business Performance of Café entrepreneurs in Rimo, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The population of this research is café business actors in Rimo, Gunung Meriah sub-district, Aceh Singkil district. The sample in this study amounted to 31 cafe businesses. This type of research is associative research, the data collection method used in this research is to use questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis performed with the help of SPSS 22 software. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a study of documentation and a list of questions that are measured using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Tangible Resources have a positive and significant effect on Business Performance. Partially, the Tangible Resources variable has a positive and significant effect on the Café Business Performance in Rimo, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil District. Then partially the Intangible Resources variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the café business in Rimo, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. Tangible Resources is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of the café business in Rimo, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil District.
