Analisis Pengaruh Penggunaan E-Wallet, Gaya Hidup, dan Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kepuasan Keuangan pada Karyawan PT.STTC di Kota Pematangsiantar

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wallet usage, lifestyle, and financial literacy on the financial satisfaction of PT.STTC employees in Pematangsiantar City. The population of this study consists of 363 PT.STTC employees in Pematangsiantar City. The sample size is 100 employees. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on financial satisfaction. Partially, the variable of e-wallet usage has a positive but insignificant effect on financial satisfaction, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, and financial literacy has a positive effect on financial satisfaction.
