This study aims to examine the effect of marital satisfaction and self-esteem on attitudes toward infidelity among working early adults. A quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis was employed with SPSS version 20. The sample consisted of 350 working early adults from various regions in Indonesia. The results indicated that marital satisfaction and self-esteem had a significant negative effect on attitudes toward infidelity among working early adults, both individually and jointly. These findings highlight the importance of marital satisfaction and self-esteem in reducing positive attitudes toward infidelity among working early adults.en_US
