Ensabi mustard is a typical plant from Kalimantan characterized by its bitter taste, green color, and high nutritional content. Ensabi cultivation can utilize goat pen waste and goat urine processed into solid and liquid organic fertilizers. This research aims to determine the effect of applying goat manure and LOF from goat urine on the growth and production of ensabi mustard plants. The research was conducted in Dusun VII Ujung Barat, Pekan Sawah Village, Sei Bingai Subdistrict, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, from March to July 2025. The study employed a Randomized Complete Block Design with two treatment factors: doses of goat manure (0 g/polybag equivalent to 0 ton/ha, 50 g/polybag equivalent to 20 ton/ha, 100 g/polybag equivalent to 40 ton/ha, 150 g/polybag equivalent to 60 ton/ha) and doses of LOF from goat urine (0 ml/polybag equivalent to 0 L/ha, 70 ml/polybag equivalent to 28,000 L/ha, 140 ml/polybag equivalent to 56,000 L/ha, 210 ml/polybag equivalent to 84,000 L/ha). The results showed that applying goat manure increased plant height, number of leaves, root volume, total fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, marketable fresh weight, dry weight, and the highest harvest index, with the best results obtained at 100 g/polybag. Applying LOF from goat urine up to 210 ml/polybag increased plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root volume, total fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, marketable fresh weight, and dry weight. The highest values for parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root volume, total fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, marketable fresh weight, and dry weight were obtained at the dose of 210 ml/polybag, but they were not significantly different from the dose of 140 ml/polybag. The interaction between goat manure and LOF from goat urine had no significant effect on all observed parameters.en_US
