The increasingly complex development of digital technology, especially in the ever-changing 5.0 era, requires every organization to be more dynamic in facing increasingly diverse challenges. Organizational competitiveness must be relevant to the dynamic market and the resulting innovations. The main objective of this study is to examine in depth the relationship between Digital Platform Capability (DPC), Big Data Analytic Capability (BDAC), Co-Creation Innovation Capability (CCIC), Organizational Agility (OA), and Innovation Performance (IP) in the context of mobile telecommunication companies in Indonesia. From various relevant variables in the study, an analysis of the relationship between these variables was conducted through various dimensions and indicators with the aim of understanding several characteristics of each, the impact of the influence between variables, and proposing important theoretical correlations. The population in this study is the mobile telecommunication industry in Indonesia. The sample was determined based on purposive sampling with positions ranging from supervisor and above. The number of returned questionnaire forms was 331 samples. Data analysis used structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS), Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), and Multi-Group Analysis (MGA). The results of this study found a significant direct relationship between variables. However, an insignificant indirect relationship was also found between the digital platform capability variable and innovation performance through organizational agility with a p value of 0.061. This research is based on deepening existing knowledge in the scope and making valuable contributions to professional practitioners, research experts, and organizational stakeholders. Based on this approach, we build and develop a solid foundation for research on the dynamic complexity of the connection between digital platform capability, big data analytic capability, organizational agility, co creation innovation capability, and innovation performance in the mobile telecommunications industry ecosystem in Indonesia.
