Pengaruh Faktor Internal dan Eksternal Pekerja Konstruksi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Studi Kasus: Proyek Perumahan Elemen By TMI)
The Influence of Internal and External Factors of Construction Workers on Work Productivity (Case Study: Elemen Housing Project By TMI)
Abstract
Work productivity is generally influenced by two factors: factors originating from within the worker (internal) and factors originating from outside the worker (external). This study aims to determine the influence of workers’ internal and external factors both partially and simultaneously on work productivity, as well as to identify the most dominant factor affecting work productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis with a quantitative research approach, and the data analysis is conducted using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that both internal and external factors of workers, whether considered partially or simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on work productivity in the Elemen Housing Project by TMI. From the coefficient of determination test, the obtained R Square value is 0.668. This indicates that internal and external factors of construction workers influence 66.8% of work productivity, while the remaining 33.2% is affected by other factors not explained in this study. The most dominant factor influencing labor productivity is the external factor of workers, as it has the highest regression coefficient (BETA) of 0.515. Recommendations from this study include careful consideration in recruiting workers and monitoring both internal and external factors to support work productivity.
