This study aims to analyze the effects of Financial Technology, E-Commerce, Environmental Security, Capital, and Labor on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City. The research employs a quantitative approach using regression analysis to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that Financial Technology. Environmental Security, and Labor have a positive and significant effect on MSME development in Medan City. These findings suggest that the utilization of financial technology, a secure environmental condition. and the availability of adequate labor can promote MSME growth. Conversely, E-Commerce and Capital do not have a significant effect on MSME development. Indicating that the use of online platforms and the availability of capital have not yet fully become determining factors in improving MSME performance in Medan City. These findings are expected to serve as considerations for MSME actors and policymakers in optimizing factors that support the development of the MSME sector in the region.en_US
