Analisa Getaran Mesin Fan LTDS dengan Arah Pengukuran Vertikal, Horizontal, dan Longitudinal Menggunakan Metode Predictive Maintenance
Analysis of LTDS Fan Machine Vibration with Vertical, Horizontal, and Longitudinal Measurement Directions Using Predictive Maintenance Methods
Abstract
This research was designed to analyze the vibration of the LTDS fan motor in the vertical, horizontal, and longitudinal directions using the predictive maintenance method. The analysis was run at two points, the engine base and the LTDS engine fan line. The analysis also focused on three main parameters, namely RMS vibration velocity (VRMS), peak-to-peak vibration displacement (VPP), and crest factor (CF). Observations and analysis were carried out over a four-week period. The results of the study showed that the LTDS engine required maintenance. The VRMS values at both points tended to increase, with the highest values obtained in the longitudinal direction. The VRMS value at the engine base point was 16-17 mm/s, while at the fan line point was 16-18 mm/s. The VPP values at both measurement points increased linearly, with the largest amplitude at the fan line point in the longitudinal direction with a surge of 3.44 mm/s. The CF values at both measurement points were stable below 1.414.
