    Abstract
The construction project of the Tebing Tinggi-Indrapura Toll Road Rest Area Zone A, valued at Rp209,026,536,000, faces various challenges, including stakeholders who are often not maximally supportive of project success or may even hinder project goals, making stakeholders a key to project success. This study analyzes the relationship between stakeholders and construction project success, as well as identifying which stakeholders have the most dominant influence on construction project success. The research involved 27 respondents, including owners, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Data collected was processed using SPSS 27.0, yielding analysis results on the relationship between owners, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to construction project success and the main factors of project success itself. The results show that the factors of owners, contractors, consultants, and suppliers collectively influence project success. Stakeholders simultaneously have a significant effect on project success with F-calculated > F-table (53.923 > 2.816). Partially, the contractor variable has T-calculated of 6.206 while T-table is 1.717, so T-calculated > T-table (6.206 > 1.717) with significance 0.001 < 0.05, and the consultant variable has T-calculated of 2.162 while T-table is 1.717, so T-calculated > T-table (2.162 > 1.717) with significance 0.042 < 0.05, leading to the conclusion that contractors are the stakeholders who have the most dominant influence construction project success.
