The Effect Of Perceived Control, Service Convenience, Customer Service, Service Fulfillment, And Food Quality On Online Food Delivery Performance : Perception Of Accounting Students Of Faculty Of Economics And Business Universitas Sumatera Utara
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of access convenience, search convenience, evaluation convenience, transaction convenience, possession convenience, and post-purchase convenience on online ticket performance based on the Accounting Students of Universitas Sumatera Utara perception. This study used an associative quantitative method with a survey approach. The population of this study covers all undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economic and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The sample of current study includes 310 students. The data is gathered using an online questionnaire, Result of the study reveal that perceived control, customer service, service fulfillment, dan food quality has a positive and significant effect on online food delivery performance. However, service convenience has no effect on online food delivery performance. These findings highlight the importance of service and product quality in enhancing OFD performance among students.
