This study aims to develop a supporting system for a series of maintenance processes in the form of web-based applications. By applying root cause analysis alongside failure analysis stages, which encompass availability analysis, failure mode and effect analysis, and reliability analysis, to determine suitable and effective maintenance actions within an environmentally sustainable framework. Data were determined using methods of thermodynamic analysis as a reference for theoretical turbine performance, availability analysis, failure mode and effect analysis, and reliability analysis. The three data of availability, failure mode and effect analysis, and reliability were summarized and processed using root cause analysis. The function model is being implemented as a methodology to design structured steps to process and analyze all aspects and parameters of maintenance. Based on these analyses, appropriate maintenance actions are taken to resolve failures and avoid further failures with the maintenance approach. Web-based applications reduce engineering workload, improve decision-making, and reduce operational expenses by eliminating paper and other stationery, manual filing, and document transportation. It can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection, allowing for faster and more integrated processes. Additionally, web-based applications enable faster data restoration in the event of a physical disaster.
