    Abstract
Early marriage is defined as marriage under the age of 25 for men and under 20 for women. Early marriage has serious impacts on adolescents, such as physical impacts (postpartum hemorrhage, false contractions, child growth and development problems, suboptimal parenting, and domestic violence), social impacts (risk of divorce, loss of adolescence, dropping out of school, and loss of employment opportunities), and psychological impacts (shame, anxiety about new roles, regret, avoidance of adultery, and increased sense of responsibility). Based on the results of a preliminary survey on early marriage conducted on two informants, early marriage occurs due to promiscuity and a lack of parental attention to their children's social lives. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research informants consisted of four adolescent girls who married at an early age as key informants, as well as nine supporting informants such as husbands, family members (mothers/grandmothers), and community leaders. The data collection techniques used in this study were snowball sampling and purposive sampling. This study aims to analyze the causes, impacts, process of early marriage, and social support. The results show that the causes of early marriage are due to several factors, namely the influence of promiscuous social circles, limited knowledge about reproductive health, economic factors that make it impossible to pay for education, and coercion from parents. The impacts experienced by adolescents include physical, social, and psychological impacts. There are two processes of early marriage, namely religious/siri marriage and marriage at the KUA (Office of Religious Affairs) through a religious court dispensation. The social support needed by adolescent girls comes from family members with whom they have an emotional bond, such as their husband, mother, and grandmother. It is recommended that adolescents increase their knowledge of the impacts of early marriage, that parents provide good guidance and supervision, and that the government strengthen education programs and regulations related to the prevention of early marriage.
