Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance, Asset Turnover Dan Profit Margin Terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate Pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2020-2024

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance, Asset Turnover and Profit Margin on the Sustainable Growth Rate, in energy companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. This study utilizes secondary data obtained from the financial and annual reports of selected companies. The sample consists of 22 energy companies. Data analysis in this study using descriptive statistic and is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance, and Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect on the sustainable growth rate. However, Profit Margin has not significant effect on sustainable growth rate.
