This study aims to analyze strategies for increasing revenue at PT PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum) Bahlias Division 03 Manahul. The background of this research is the fluctuation in the company's revenue, which is influenced by various internal and external factors, thus requiring appropriate strategies to maintain stability and achieve growth. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method using a SWOT Analysis approach to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies with the company's management and employees.
The analysis reveals that the company’s strengths include strong human resource management, extensive plantation areas, financial stability, and adequate production technology support. However, weaknesses were identified, such as dependence on CPO prices, high operational costs, and limited product diversification. From the external perspective, opportunities arise from high market demand, government support, and technological advancements, while threats include price fluctuations, climate change, and industry competition. The resulting strategy is an aggressive (Growth Oriented Strategy), which leverages internal strengths to seize external opportunities through improved production efficiency, diversification of palm oil derivative products, strengthened marketing, and optimization of digital technology.
The implication of this research is the need for consistent and sustainable implementation of the strategy to maintain the company’s competitiveness and ensure stable revenue growth in the future. | en_US |
