Sleep is a vital biological need that plays a role in maintaining cognitive function, emotional well-being, and physical well-being. However, in the modern era, busy lifestyles and the use of technology often lead people to delay their bedtime. This habit can reduce sleep quality and contribute to fatigue. This study aims to determine the effect of Revenge Bedtime Procrastination (RBP) on fatigue, with sleep quality as a moderating variable in college students. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling, with a sample size of 180 students. The instruments used included Bedtime Procrastination Scale (BPS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and Indonesian version of the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (IMFI-20). Path analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the hypothesis was rejected (significance value of RBP*Sleep Quality = 0.103; p > 0.05). This indicates that the effect of RBP on fatigue is consistent across different levels of sleep quality, so that the presence of sleep quality does not strengthen or weaken the relationship between the two. However, RBP and sleep quality each have a significant direct influence on fatigue. Overall, RBP and sleep quality contribute 18.1% to fatigue. These results demonstrate the importance of awareness of sleep timing and self-regulation to prevent the negative impact of RBP habits on students' physical and psychological well-being.en_US
