The Industrial Revolution 4.0 era demands digital transformation in the government sector. The Kemenkumham Regional Office in Medan City requires the use of digital office applications to improve administrative efficiency and overcome the limitations of conventional work systems. This study aims to identify and describe the use of digital office applications in supporting employee performance at the Kemenkumham Office in Medan City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews with three respondents (Custodian of State Assets, Junior Archivist, and First-Level Archivist), and documentation in July 2025. The results show that Kemenkumham has integrated offline applications (Microsoft Word, Excel) and online applications (SIMPEG, SUMAKER, e-Archive). Digital applications have proven to increase work efficiency, transparency in performance evaluation, and accelerate administrative management. Employee understanding is very good thanks to ongoing training. The conclusion of this study is that the utilization of digital office applications successfully supports the improvement of employee performance through efficiency, transparency, and productivity. The main obstacle is access disruption during application maintenance. Better risk management and user feedback features are needed.en_US
