Employee performance at the Representative Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of North Sumatra Province has not yet reached its optimal level, as evidenced by the organization’s unmet targets. This challenge is increasingly significant amidst the acceleration of digital transformation, which demands rapid learning ability, flexibility in work approaches, and a supportive organizational environment for change. This study aims to analyze the influence of learning agility, ambidexterity, and organizational climate on employee performance, with digital transformation as a mediating variable among employees of BPKP North Sumatra Province. The research adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected from 125 active auditors through questionnaires developed based on validated theoretical dimensions and empirical indicators. The results indicate that learning agility and organizational climate are the most significant factors influencing performance. Digital transformation also has a significant impact on employee performance and serves a strategic role as a bridge between individual/organizational characteristics and performance outcomes. This study contributes theoretically to the development of digital-based organizational behavior models and offers practical implications for the advancement of human resource strategies, work culture, and institutional policies in supporting technology-driven bureaucratic reform. Further research is encouraged to expand the scope and methodological approach for more contextual and applicable insightsen_US
