| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation and
Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk
Delipark Medan Branch to increase productivity and maintain competitive
advantage through effective human resource management. This study is an
associative study and the type of data used is quantitative data. In this study, the
population is the employees of PT. Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk Delipark
Medan Branch, which is 31 people. While the sample in this study is all members
of the population, which is 31 employees, using the census method. Data
analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study
indicate that simultaneously Motivation and Leadership Style have a positive
and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia
Tbk Delipark Medan Branch. Partially, Motivation and Leadership Style have a
positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Aspirasi Hidup
Indonesia Tbk Delipark Medan Branch. | en_US |
