Library websites play a strategic role in providing digital information services, but their effectiveness is highly dependent on usability aspects. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the North Sumatra Provincial Library and Archives Office (DISPUSIP Sumut) website. The researchers used a mixed methods approach with an explanatory sequential design. The quantitative stage was conducted by distributing a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to 271 respondents. The results of the system usability scale had an average of 68.26. These results were classified as usable, but still at the lower limit of the “good” category. The qualitative stage was conducted through in-depth interviews with 10 informants based on the principles of ISO 9241-110, which showed strengths in terms of task suitability and ease of learning, but weaknesses in design consistency, navigation, personalization, and error messages. The integration results confirm that the DISPUSIP Sumut website is usable, but further development is needed, especially in terms of display consistency and user feedback. This study contributes to improving the quality of regional library digital services and serves as a reference for usability evaluation based on international standards.
