    Abstract
The assignment problem is one of the problems in research operations that deals with the optimal allocation of objective functions. For one-objective assignment problem, only one objective function is considered. Meanwhile, the two-objectives assignment problem considers two objective functions simultaneously by assuming both objective function weights have the same importance and by using the weighted sum method to make a new one-objective assignment problem that will be done using the Hungarian method. The Hungarian method is used as an approach to determine the optimal assignment combination solution. The results of this study shows that for the balanced assignment problem of seven workers to seven tasks using the Hungarian method, considering one-objective which is cost or time, and two-objectives, obtained the optimal solution that the minimum cost incurred by the industry is IDR 2.775.000 for 2.582 minutes or 43 hours of industrial time. Meanwhile, for the unbalanced assignment problem of six workers to seven tasks using the Hungarian method, considering considering one-objective which is cost or time, and two-objectives, an optimal solution was obtained that the minimum cost incurred by the industry is IDR 2.260.000 for 2.154 minutes or 36 hours of industrial time.
