dc.description.abstractOne of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is to ensure healthy lives and promote the well-being of every individual at all ages, including maternal and child health. Posyandu can be considered as an extension of public health center, wich plays a role in providing basic health service and conducting integrated health monitoring. The success of posyandu activities is highly dependent on the performance of cadres who serve as the main drivers in providing health services. There are several factors that can affect the performance of cadres, including training, counseling, and incentives given to them. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between training, counseling, and insentives with the performance od cadres at the Timbang Deli Public Health Center. This research employed an analytic survey design using a cross-sectional method. The sample consisted of 40 Posyandu cadres from Timbang Deli Public Health Center, selected using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using the pearson correlation test with a confidence interval 95 percent. The results of the study found that the distribution of cadres who performed well was 30 people or 75 percent. The results of the study also showed that there was a significant relationship between, training, counceling and incentives with the performance of posyandu cadres. It is recommended that the Medan City Health Office and Timbang Deli Public Health Center continue to provide regular counseling and training for cadres and offer incentives that correspond to their performance.en_US
