Analisis Manajemen Risiko Keselamatan Kerja Petugas Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan

Abstract

Occupational safety is an important aspect within hospital environments. Healthcare workers are exposed to a high risk of various workplace hazards, making effective risk management essential. This study aims to analyze the implementation of risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan based on the SNI ISO 31000 framework. This research is quantitative with a total population of 445 nurses. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in 82 respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 72 respondents (87.8%) stated that risk identification was implemented well, 73 respondents (89.0%) stated that risk analysis was carried out properly, and 77 respondents (93.9%) stated that risk evaluation was in the good category. These findings indicate that the application of SNI ISO 31000 principles has been implemented effectively. It is recommended to improve the risk identification system by establishing operational procedures to enhance the effectiveness of risk management at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan
