Pengaruh Kualitas Manajemen Komunikasi terhadap Produktivitas Pekerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Citraland Sampali

Abstract

Communication is an important factor as a process of sending information from one party to another. Good communication can increase worker productivity. Based on initial observations in the field and information from relevant parties, the Citraland Sampali Housing Development Project often faces problems, including difficulties in communication between workers and field supervisors. This often leads to misperceptions in concluding problems, resulting in miscommunication. Therefore, this issue must be addressed as it may affect worker productivity. This study was conducted to determine the extent of the influence of communication management on worker productivity and the level of communication management and worker productivity in the Citraland Sampali Housing Development Project. This study used descriptive statistical methods. The level of communication management in the Citraland Sampali housing project was obtained with an average score of 3.91, which means it is in the good category. The level of worker productivity at the Citraland Sampali Housing Development Project was obtained with an average score of 3.89, which is in the good category. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the R2 value was obtained, which is the influence of Communication Management (X) on Worker Productivity (Y).
