The Influence of Business Capital, Product Quality, and Entrepreneurial Networks on Business Sustainability of Palm Oil Palm Msmes in Batang Kuis District
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of business capital, product quality, and entrepreneurial networks on the business sustainability of palm stick MSMEs in Batang Kuis District. These MSMEs play an essential role in supporting local economic development but still face several obstacles, such as limited capital, suboptimal product quality, and a lack of entrepreneurial networks. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 51 respondents selected using purposive sampling, specifically to entrepreneurs who have operated for more than five years and have established business partnerships. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially, business capital, product quality, and entrepreneurial networks have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Simultaneously, all three variables also significantly affect the sustainability of palm stick MSMEs. These findings highlight that in order to maintain long-term business continuity, MSMEs must ensure sufficient capital, maintain product quality, and actively build and expand entrepreneurial networks.
