    Abstract
Work productivity refers to employees’ capacity to efficiently fulfill their responsibilities while sustaining the motivation for continuous improvement. For civil servants, this requires ongoing development of skills and competencies to effectively perform their duties and improve overall productivity. Civil servants who have strong skills are likely to master their job functions and effectively perform assigned tasks. Work productivity can be improved through training. This research aims to investigate the impact of human resource training on the work productivity of civil servants at the Medan City Regional Revenue Agency. This research employed an associative research design with a quanitative approach. The population in this study was 273 civil servants at the Medan City Regional Revenue Agency. This research involved 73 civil servants at the Medan City Regional Revenue Agency as samples. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS for Windows 26.0. The hypothesis testing showed that the t-count value for the human resource training variable reached 6.079, which is greater than the t-table value (1.666) with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Therefore, training provides a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of civil servants at the Medan City Regional Revenue Agency. In Addition, the coefficient of determination obtained an R value of 0.585 and an R-Square value of 0.342. This indicates that human resource training contributes 34.2% to work, while the rest (65.8%) is influenced by other variables outside of this research. Human resource training variable positively contributes to employee work productivity.
