The use of land transportation such as trains is starting to be in great demand by the public. With the existence of land transportation such as trains, improving facilities and infrastructure at the station is very necessary to overcome transportation problems within the city and between cities. Binjai Station (BIJ), previously known as Timbang Langkat Station, is a class II train station where the large number of passengers from the station makes circulation and activities at the station dense. Therefore, a Large Station Planning in Binjai City is needed to realize the comfort and safety of the building as a large station that connects the train station with the bus terminal. With the Large Station Planning in Binjai City, it is hoped that it can be used as a good public service for the community and attract public attention in using these services. The Large Station Planning Method in Binjai City uses the wayfinding concept, where the overall concept of a building/space/visual area functions to create a form of mental map for visitors to a location/area/environment they are going to. Thus, visitors have an idea of the characteristics of the area/building, and ease of access to each room.en_US
