Background: Tooth agenesis is the congenital absence of tooth buds. Nonsyndromic tooth agenesis is the most common form. This disorder can affect tooth development and aesthetic function. The cause of agenesis is thought to be caused by genetic and environmental factors, with genetic factors being the main cause. The EDA and WNT10A genes are the most frequently discussed genes found in nonsyndromic tooth agenesis subjects. Based on previous studies, mutations in the EDA and WNT10A genes can cause nonsyndromic tooth agenesis. Aim: This study aims to analyze mutations in the EDA and WNT10A genes and their implications for nonsyndromic tooth agenesis. Research Methods: This study used 26 blood samples of nonsyndromic tooth agenesis. These blood samples will then be isolated DNA and then sent to the Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University for sequencing. Demographic data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Frequency and percentage were calculated for categorical data, while mean, median, and mode were used for numeric data. Results: Blood sampling was only performed on 13 agenesis subjects and sequencing was only performed on 4 subjects due to limited tooth agenesis sufferers and time constraints. The results showed that the first, second, and fourth samples had mutation variants of the WNT10A gene with significant amino acid changes. Conclusion: There are variants of mutation in the WNT10A geneen_US
