This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on
Quiet Quitting among Generation Z employees in Medan. This study uses a
quantitative approach with a correlational research design. Data collection was
conducted through a questionnaire developed using a Likert Scale. The
participants in this study consisted of 360 Generation Z employees aged 15-28
years with a minimum of one year of work experience in Medan. Perceived
Organizational Support was measured using the Survey of Perceived
Organizational Support (SPOS) developed by Rhoades & Eisenberger (2002) and
adapted by Irawan (2024), while Quiet Quitting was measured using the Quiet
Quitting Scale (QQS) developed by Galanis (2023) and adapted and modified by
Nabilla (2025). The data obtained were processed using simple linear regression
tests in the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 application. The results showed that there was
an influence between Perceived Organizational Support and Quiet Quitting among
Generation Z employees in Medan (p = 0.027 < 0.05, β = -0.131).
