The number of entrepreneurs who are expected to become innovative industries in Indonesia has only reached 0.24% of the total population of Indonesia when compared to Malaysia at 3%, Singapore at 7.2%, China at 10%, and the United States at 11.5%. With this it is concluded that Indonesia is still poor in the field of technology application in the business world. Universities play an important role in motivating young graduates to become technology entrepreneurs. The number of pioneering innovations that appear compared to innovative product innovations is still very minimal every year. The main problem faced by students is that as many as 52.15% of students do not continue their innovation products because they do not get access to funding, 13.50% of students do not continue their innovation products because they do not know what to do and do. did not receive technical guidance. 11.66% of students want to graduate on time, 10.44% do not get a mentor/coach who knows how to develop and can guide students well to get technopreneurship, 6.75% of students answered that there is no incubation platform like in other universities high, 5.5% of students do not dare to take risks to enter the world of technopreneurship. The researcher then designs a dynamic model of technopreneurship incubation and simulates a design model that aims to see how far the model can help innovative products get funding. The designed model consists of 5 stages, namely: 1) Pre-Incubation Stage, 2) Initial Stage, 3) Development Stage, 4) Advanced Stage and 5) Post-Incubation Stage Simulation is carried out with 4 scenarios: 1) increasing the intensity of funding, 2) improve facilities and infrastructure, 3) increase the focus of mentors, 4) increase the intensity of technical guidance. The most influential variable on the success of incubation is access to funding and when the intensity of funding is increased there is an increase in the commercialization of technopreneur products by 27.
