| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Performance Monitoring on
the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Bank SUMUT Head Office in Medan. The
research method used in this study is quantitative research. The subjects of this
study are 126 employees of PT. Bank SUMUT Head Office in Medan. Data
collection was carried out using a Likert scale consisting of an Electronic
Performance Monitoring scale and a Job Satisfaction scale. The analysis method
used in this study was simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that
EPM had a positive effect on job satisfaction among employees at PT. Bank SUMUT
Head Office in Medan (sig = 0.000 < 0.05, t = 5.243 > 1.979). EPM has an 18.1%
influence on job satisfaction among employees at PT. Bank SUMUT Head Office in
Medan. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the
implementation of EPM and the more positively it is perceived by employees, the
higher the level of job satisfaction felt by employees at PT. Bank SUMUT Head
