dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the negative effect of narcissism on psychological well-being among adolescents. The study involved 393 adolescents aged 18–21 years. This research used a quantitative method with data collected through a Likert scale, namely the Short Dark Triad Scale developed by Jones and Williams (2014), which consists of 18 items, and the Psychological Well-Being Scale developed by Ryff and Singer (1996), which consists of 9 items. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the assistance of JASP software. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of narcissism on psychological well-being with a significance value of p < 0.001. It was found that narcissism contributes 2,8% to influencing adolescents psychological well-being.en_US
