A workshop is a form of business that must be operationally profitable and oriented
towards making a profit. Workshop workers work every day except on major
holidays with a working time of 8 hours or more according to customer conditions.
Workers often make unnatural movements. This can cause muscle and skeletal
disorders. In the informal sector, awareness and knowledge about occupational
safety and health (K3) and occupational diseases (PAK) is still lacking, so research
is needed. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of workload and work
attitudes on Musculoskeletal disorders which are moderated by age, length of
service and length of work in motorbike repair shop workers in Indra Kasih Village,
Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design
by calculating % CVL for workload, REBA assessment for work attitudes and SNI
gotrak for risk of Musculoskeletal disorders. The research sample consisted of 48
workers. This research uses regression tests and moderated regression analysis
(MRA). The results of the workload test on musculoskelatal disorders, the
regression coefficient value is 0.419 with a p-value of 0.003 (p < 0.05). Workload
has a positive and significant effect on musculoskelatal disorders. The results of the
work attitude test towards musculoskelatal disorders, the regression coefficient
value is 0.366 with a p-value of 0.010 (p < 0.05). Work attitude has a positive and
significant effect on musculoskelatal disorders. The MRA test results show an
influence of workload on Musculoskeletal disorders which is moderated by length
of work. There is an influence of work attitudes on Musculoskeletal disorders which
is moderated by length of service and length of work. Wokers are advised to warm
