| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, job stress, and compensation on turnover intention at Lau Sigembura Company, Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research is a quantitative study with an associative approach, utilizing primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and the direct distribution of questionnaires as well as via Google Forms to employees of Lau Sigembura Company. Secondary data were collected from documents reviewed through literature studies, internet websites, previous research, and relevant journals supporting this study. The population of this study consisted of all 37 employees of Lau Sigembura Company. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and processed with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that leadership style, job stress, and compensation have a significant influence on employee turnover intention at Lau Sigembura Company. | en_US |
