This study aims to identify and analyze The Influence of Employability Skills, Self Efficacy, and Career Planning on Work Readiness In Fresh Graduates of Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research population consists of 183 fresh graduates FEB USU from the 2021 cohort from the Development Economics, Management, and Accounting study programs who have graduated in Graduation Periods III and IV. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria. Furthermore, the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5%, resulting in 126 respondents who met the research criteria. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Employability Skills, Self Efficacy, and Career Planning simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Work Readiness in fresh graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara. Partially, Self Efficacy is the most dominant variable influencing Work Readiness, followed by Employability Skills and Career Planning.
