| dc.description.abstract | Bullying among children is a social phenomenon that significantly affects the victims’ psychological, social, and emotional development. One effective preventive effort is the use of interactive learning media that can attract children's interest. This research aims to design and develop Smart Comic Learning (SCOLAR), an interactive educational comic based on Augmented Reality (AR) as a learning medium for early bullying prevention. The development of SCOLAR employs the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), consisting of requirement analysis, design, visual asset creation, AR integration, and system testing. Perception testing involving 28 respondents aged 11 years to over 30 years indicates that the educational and awareness aspects achieved a satisfaction level of 89.3% (very satisfied). The comic illustration style obtained a satisfaction score of 67.9% (satisfied), while the effectiveness of scene visualization through AR reached 71.4% (very satisfied). Additionally, the reward system through avatar customization achieved an 82.1% satisfaction rate, reflecting increased user interactive motivation. Overall, user satisfaction with the visual design and AR integration reached 78.6% (very satisfied). Based on technical testing and user experience evaluation, SCOLAR demonstrates stable system performance and compatibility across various smartphone devices, making it a feasible and relevant interactive learning medium to support bullying prevention in educational environments. | en_US |
