    Evaluasi Jaringan Pipa Distribusi Air Bersih PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Toba Samosir Unit Porsea Menggunakan Aplikasi EPANET 2.0

    Abstract
    Air minum adalah air yang melalui proses pengolahan atau tanpa proses pengolahan yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan dan dapat langsung diminum. Ketersediaan air minum merupakan salah satu penentu peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang mana diharapkan dengan ketersediaan air minum dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat.. Kebutuhan akan penyediaan dan pelayanan air minum dari waktu ke waktu semakin meningkat yang terkadang tidak diimbangi oleh kemampuan pelayanan. Pelayanan PDAM tidak lepas dari sistem distribusi yang merupakan suatu jaringan perpipaan, maka perlu untuk mengevalusi sistem distribusi PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Toba Samosir. Untuk mengevaluasi sistem distribusi air bersih di Kecamatan Porsea, metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan program Epanet 2.0. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapat rata-rata pemakaian pelanggan/bulan di PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Toba Samosir unit Porsea adalah 118 liter/orang/hari dengan persentase kehilangan air sebesar 32,5% yaitu 57 liter/orang/hari. Kapasitas total kebutuhan air di unit Porsea adalah 788.000 liter/hari. Kebutuhan air pada saat jam puncak pada unit Porsea di masing-masing wilayah adalah 105.875 liter/hari untuk wilayah I, 162.750 di wilayah II, sebesar 757.750 liter/hari pada wilayah III, dan 352.625 liter/hari untuk wilayah IV.Pipa distibusi PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Toba Samosir Unit Porsea menggunakan pipa jenis HDPEdengan diameter 2 inchi (50 mm), 3 inchi (75 mm), 4 inchi (100mm), dan 6 inchi (150mm). Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem distribusi air bersih di PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Toba Samosir unit Porsea kurang baik, dimana sistem distribusi air PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Toba Samosir unit Porsea belum dapat melayani pelanggan unit Porsea secara menyeluruh. Sehingga disarankan untuk mengaplikasikan simulasi yang pertama, yaitu menggunakan pompa dengan flow 25 liter/detik dan head 25m, dengan hasil tekanan pada tiap titik bernilai positifkemudian di alirkan ke wilayah I, wilayah II, dan ke wilayah III, maka air dapat mengalir lebih baik. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pendistribusian air ke pelanggan berjalan dengan lebih baik pula.
     
    Drinking water is water that goes through a process of processing or without processing that meets health requirements and can be drunk directly. The availability of drinking water is one of the determinants of improving the welfare of the community, which is expected by the availability of drinking water to improve the health of the community. The need for drinking water supply and service from time to time is increasing which is sometimes not matched by service capacity. PDAM services are inseparable from the distribution system which is a pipeline network, it is necessary to evaluate the distribution system of PDAM Tirtanadi, Toba Samosir Branch. To evaluate the clean water distribution system in Porsea Subdistrict, the method used is by using the Epanet 2.0 program. Based on the calculation results, the average customer / month usage in Tirtanadi PDAM, Toba Samosir, Porsea unit is 118 liters / person / day with a percentage of water loss of 32.5%, 57 liters / person / day. The total water demand capacity in the Porsea unit is 788,000 liters / day. Water requirements during peak hours in Porsea units in each region are 105,875 liters / day for region I, 162,750 in region II, amounting to 757,750 liters / day in region III, and 352,625 liters / day for region IV. Pipe distribution PDAM Tirtanadi branch Toba Samosir Porsea Unit uses HDPE type pipes with a diameter of 2 inches (50 mm), 3 inches (75 mm), 4 inches (100mm), and 6 inches (150mm). The results of this study concluded that the clean water distribution system in the Toba Samosir branch of Porsea Tirtanadi PDAM is not good, where the water distribution system of the Toba Samosir PDAM Torse Samosir Porsea branch has not been able to serve customers of the Porsea unit as a whole. So it is advisable to apply the first simulation, which is to use a pump with flow of 25 liters / second and 25m head, with the results of pressure at each point positive then transmitted to region I, region II, and to region III, then the water can flow better . So that it can be said that the distribution of water to customers goes better too.
