    Isolasi dan Identifikasi Senyawa Fenolik dari Daun Tumbuhan Anggur Laut(Coccoloba uvifera (L.) L.)

    Abstract
    Isolation and identification of phenolic compounds from the leaves of sea grape (Coccoloba uvifera (L.) L.) as much as 1700 grams of samples were macerated with methanol. The concentrated extract of methanol was dissolved with water then partitioned with ethyl acetate. Ethyl acetate concentrated extract was separated by column chromatography with chloroform: methanol eluent 90:10; 80:20; 70:30; 60:40 v/v. The compounds obtained were purified by reconstitution with chloroform: ethyl acetate 70:30 v/v eluent, yielding 10 mg yellow brown paste with Rf = 0.5 using chloroform: ethyl acetate 70:30 v/v eluent. Furthermore, the results obtained were analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FT-IR and 1H-NMR. From the data obtained are phenolic compounds.
     
    Telah dilakukan isolasi dan identifikasi senyawa fenolik dari daun tumbuhan anggur laut (Coccoloba uvifera (L.) L.) sebanyak 1700 gram sampel dimaserasi dengan pelarut metanol. Ekstrak pekat metanol dilarutkan dengan air kemudian dipartisi dengan etil asetat. Ekstrak pekat etil asetat dipisahkan dengan kromatografi kolom dengan eluen kloroform : metanol 90:10 ; 80:20; 70:30; 60:40 v/v. Senyawa yang diperoleh dimurnikan dengan rekolom kembali menggunakan eluen kloroform : etil asetat 70:30 v/v, menghasilkan pasta kuning kecoklatan sebanyak 10 mg dengan harga Rf = 0,5. Senyawa hasil yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan spektrofotometer UV-Vis, FT-IR dan 1H-NMR. Dari data hasil analisis menunjukkan senyawa fenolik.
