dc.description.abstract | Research on Aluminum silicate has been done to carried out as a medium to increasing concentrate of vitamin E from Hazelnut Oil with the variables studied are differences in the types of adsorbents used to obtain on to gamed of the amount of vitamin E which on was adsorbed using Aluminum Silicate 75 adsorbent (Al-S 75), Aluminum Silicate 90 (Al -S 90), Aluminum Silicate with AlCl3 material (Al-S from AlCl3). Al-S 75 and Al-S 90 was synthesized from Aluminum Sulphate and Sodium Silicate reacted, and Al-S from AlCl3 was synthesized while by reacting Aluminum Chloride and Silicate Hydrates and then by adding aquabides and 75%, 90% ethanol absolute of the total amount of solvent (110 ml) was poited in autoclave and heated on 170°C for 24 hours (hydrothermal method). Tested on XRD, BET and SEM to three adsorbents that had been synthesized. The results showed that Al-S 75 pore size was 3.07 nm, Al-S 90 was 3.17 nm and Al-S from AlCl3 was 5.36 nm. Adsorption results of vitamin E obtained on Al-S 75 adsorbent was 613.98 ppm, Al-S 90 was 131.22 ppm and Al-S from AlCl3 was 547.40 ppm. From this research it can be concluded that best result of vitamin E which is 613.98 ppm enriched 1.4 times. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Aluminium Silikat sebagai media peningkatan konsentrat vitamin E dari minyak kemiri dengan variabel yang diteliti adalah perbedaan jenis adsorben yang digunakan terhadap perolehan jumlah vitamin E yang di adsorpsi menggunakan adsorben Aluminium Silikat 75 (Al-S 75), Aluminium Silikat 90 (Al-S 90), Aluminium Silikat dengan bahan baku AlCl3 (Al-S dari AlCl3). Al-S 75 dan Al-S 90 disintesis dengan mereaksikan Aluminium Sulfat dan Natrium Silikat sedangkan Al-S dari AlCl3 disintesis dengan mereaksikan Aluminium Klorida dan Silikat Hidrat kemudian di tambah aquabides dan 75%, 90% etanol absolut dari total jumlah pelarut (110 ml) lalu di masukkan kedalam autoclave kemudian di panaskan pada suhu 170°C selama 24 jam (metode hidrotermal), kemudian dilakukan uji XRD, BET dan SEM terhadap tiga adsorben yang telah disintesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran pori Al-S 75 adalah 3,07 nm, Al-S 90 adalah 3,17 nm dan Al-S dari AlCl3 adalah 5,36 nm. Hasil adsorpsi vitamin E yang di peroleh pada adsorben Al-S 75 sebesar 613,98 ppm, Al-S 90 sebesar 131,22 ppm dan Al-S dari AlCl3 sebesar 547,40 ppm. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Al-S 75 memiliki hasil perolehan vitamin E paling baik yaitu 613,98 ppm diperkaya 1,4 kali. | en_US |
