Analisis Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Petugas TB paru Puskesmas Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara kompensasi berupa gaji, insentif dan tunjangan baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja petugas TB paru Puskesmas Deli Serdang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas TB Paru Puskesmas Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 34 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaji, insentif dan tunjangan terhadap kinerja petugas TB Paru sebesar 46,8%. Variabel gaji berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan insentif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja petugas Tb paru Puskesmas Deli Serdang.

This study is a descriptive survey which aims to reveal the environmental sanitation of school and home as well as to find a picture of infection worms in public elementary school students 101763 Klumpang Kampung District of Hamparan Perak. Based on the research of environmental sanitation school student school environment into the category of health and home environment into the unhealthy category . Results of laboratory research are the students showed a positive reply of 36 students ( 60 % ) and negative 24 students ( 40 % ) . Environmental sanitation Elementary School student's home village 101763 Klumpang Kampung District Hamparan Perak year 2016 majority in both categories and can be seen that as many as 40 houses ( 66.6 % ) healthy and 20 houses ( 33.3 % ) is not healthy.From the number of worm infection , it is suggested to the students to always keep the school and home environment and get used to always dispose of waste in place .
