    Efektifitas Mindfulness Training untuk Meningkatkan Kebahagiaan Remaja dengan Pola Asuh Otoriter

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat efektifitas mindfulness training dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan pada remaja dengan pola asuh otoriter. Materi yang akan disampaikan melibatkan kegiatan mindfulness secara formal (mindfulness hearing, mindfulness breathing, mindfulness sensation, mindfulness thought and emotion dan choiceless awareness) dan informal (pelaksanaan mindfulness dalam kehidupan sehari-hari). Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-postest control group design.. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 17 orang remaja yang terbagi dalam kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen secara merata. Pelatihan diberikan oleh guru yang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam memberikan training dan memiliki pengetahuan mengenai mindfulness. Sesi dalam pelatihan dilakukan sebanyak 12 kali. Data kuantitatif diambil dari alat ukur kebahagiaan. Data kuantitatif yang telah terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan statistik non parametrik wilcoxon dan mann whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kebahagiaan yang signifikan pada remaja dengan pola asuh otoriter setelah diberikan mindfulness training.
     
    The objective of this research is to examine effective of mindfulness training for increasing happiness in Adolescents’ with authoritarian parenting style. Module of mindfulness training based on formal activity of mindfulness training (mindfulness hearing, mindfulness breathing, mindfulness sensation, mindfulness thought emotion and choiceless awareness) and informal activity (mindfulness application in life). The method is using quasi experiment with pre-test post-test control group design. The subject from this research consists of seventeen adolescents, divide into control group and experiment group evenly. Training gives by teacher that has experiences in given training and have knowledge about mindfulness practice. Training session is given twelve times. Qualitative data is taken from happiness tool test. Quantitative data that been collected analyse with nonparametric statistic Mann Whitney and wilcoxon. Research result shows significant increasing number of happiness in adolescents after mindfulness training is given.
