dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to examine the results of giving Fitase enzymes to the performance of weaning Rex Rex rabbits. This research was conducted in Sukaraya Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. The study lasted for 2 months starting from February 6 to April 2, 2018. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. This study used 20 rabbits with an average initial weight of 488.5 ± 81 g / head. The treatment consisted of P0 (Forage), P1 (Forage + Concentrate without enzyme Phytase), P2 (Forage + Concentrate with the addition of enzyme Fitase 1000 FTU / kg), P3 (Forage + Concentrate with the addition of enzymes Fitase 2000 FTU / kg), and P4 (Forage + Concentrate with enzyme addition of 3000 FTU / kg).
The results showed that the average consumption of rations in dry matter were P0, P1, P2, P3, and P4, respectively 13.1, 60.21, 59.44, 59.78, 58.8 (g / head). The average body weight gain of rabbits was 4.5, 12.18, 13.25, 14.41, 15.57 (g / head) respectively. Average feed conversion rates were 2.92, 4.93, 4.48, 4.14, 3.77. The IOFC average is 18,937.5, 35,838.54, 40,543.78, 45,250.17, 50,418.47 (Rp) respectively. The results of the analysis show that the use of the enzyme phytase can be used up to 3000 FTU in the ration. The use of Phytase enzymes can increase consumption, weight gain, conversion, and IOFC male Rex rabbits weaning. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hasil dari pemberian enzim Fitase terhadap performans kelinci Rex jantan lepas sapih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukaraya Kecamatan Sunggal Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 2 bulan dimulai dari tanggal 6 Februari sampai 2 April 2018. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan . Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 ekor kelinci dengan bobot awal rata-rata 488,5±81 g/ekor. Perlakuan terdiri atas P0 (Hijauan), P1 ( Hijauan + Konsentrat tanpa enzim Fitase), P2 (Hijauan + Konsentrat dengan penambahan enzim Fitase 1000 FTU/kg), P3 (Hijauan + Konsentrat dengan penambahan enzim Fitase 2000 FTU/kg), dan P4 (Hijauan + Konsentrat dengan penambahan enzim Fitase 3000 FTU/kg).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan konsumsi ransum dalam bahan kering secara berturut-turut P0, P1, P2, P3, dan P4 yaitu 13,1, 60,21, 59,44, 59,78, 58,8 (g/ekor). Rataan pertambahan bobot badan kelinci secara berturut-turut 4,5, 12,18, 13,25, 14,41, 15,57 (g/ekor). Rataan konversi ransum secara berturut-turut 2,92, 4,93, 4,48, 4,14, 3,77. Rataan IOFC secara berturut-turut 18.937,5, 35.838,54, 40.543,78, 45.250,17, 50.418,47 (Rp). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan enzim Fitase dapat digunakan sampai 3000 FTU dalam ransum. Penggunaan enzim Fitase dapat meningkatkan konsumsi, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi, dan IOFC kelinci Rex jantan lepas sapih. | en_US |
