    Abstract
    Manajemen bertransformasi untuk memecahkan solusi bagaimana cara yang tepat untuk mengembalikan kinerja perusahan kembali. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pimpinan, menganalis pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pimpinan dan menganalis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan , menganalisis pengaruh mutasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan melalui kepuasan kerja dan menganalis pengaruh promosi terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan kantor Direksi PTPN II melalui kepuasan kerja, penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan asosiatif banyak sampel 96 orang. Hasil penelitian adalah mutasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pimpin andan merupakan variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karya wanpimpinan, promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pimpinan Kantor Direksi PTPN II. Selanjutnya analisis jalur, nilai path atau jalur (p1) dan signifikansi yang berarti Mutasi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pimpinan dan nilai path atau jalur (p1) dan signifikansi berarti promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pimpinan.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of mutations on employee job satisfaction, leadership, analyzing the influence of promotion on employee job satisfaction leadership and analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance in leadership, analyze the influence of mutations on the performance of the employee's leadership through job satisfaction and to analyze the influence of promotion on employee performance in the leadership of the office of the board of Directors of PTPN II through job satisfaction, descriptive quantitative research is done with the approach of associative a lot of samples 96 people.Results of the study are the mutations affect the employee job satisfaction leadership and is a variable dominant influence employee job satisfaction, leadership, promotion influence employee job satisfaction Leadership and job satisfaction affect the performance of the employee the leadership of the Office of the board of Directors of PTPN II. Further analysis of the path, the value path or path (p1) and significance means the Mutation position effect on Employee Performance Leadership (Y2) and the value of path or path (p1) and significance means Promotion influence Employee Performance Leadership.
