Hubungan Perubahan Kadar Tgf β 1 pada Cairan Krevikular Gingiva Terhadap Besar Ruangan Akibat Pemasangan Separator

Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of expression changes of TGF-β1 in the gingival crevice fluid on the pressure side with space of the teeth as a result of installation of the separator. Methodes: The sample in this study 14 people aged 20-35 years. Samples were taken from the gingival crevicular fluid at time 0 hours before the installation of the separator, 24 hours and 48 hours after installation of the separator then examined expression changes of TGF-β1 using the ELISA method. Space is measured with a leaf gauge at time 0 hours before the installation of the separator, 24 hours and 48 hours after installation of the separator. Results: There was a significant correlation expression changes in of TGF-β1 in the gingival crevicular fluid on the pressure side with space in the next 24 hours. However, at 48 hours there was no correlation expression changes of TGF β1 in gingival crevice fluid on the pressure side with space. Conclusion: This study shows the significant correlation expression changes of TGF-β1 in crevice gingival fluid on the pressure side with space in 24 hours, it indicates that the research results are consistent with previous studies that TGF-β1 have a specific role in regulating bone remodeling with factors bone resorption potential

Latar Belakang : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perubahan kadar TGF β1 di sisi tekanan pada cairan krevikular gingival terhadap besar ruangan akibat pemasangan separator. Bahan dan cara : Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang berusia 20-35 tahun. Sampel diambil dari cairan krevikular gingival pada waktu 0 jam sebelum pemasangan separator, 24 jam dan 48 jam setelah pemasangan separator kemudian diperiksa perubahan kadar TGF β1 dengan menggunakan metode ELISA. Besar ruangan diukur dengan leaf gauge pada waktu 0 jam sebelum pemasangan separator, 24 jam dan 48 jam setelah pemasangan separator Hasil : Terdapat hubungan perubahan kadar TGF β1 di cairan krevikular gingiva pada sisi tekanan terhadap besar ruangan pada waktu 24 jam. Namun pada waktu 48 jam tidak terdapat hubungan perubahan kadar TGF β1 di cairan krevikular gingiva pada sisi tekanan dan besar ruangan. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan perubahan kadar TGF β1 di cairan krevikular gingiva pada sisi tekanan terhadap besar ruangan pada waktu 24 jam, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan penelitian sebelumnya bahwa TGF-b1 memiliki peran spesifik dalam meregulasi remodeling tulang dan faktor peresorpsi tulang yang potensial
