Analisis Kandungan Kimia Tumbuhan Ganja (Cannabis sativa L.) di Wilayah Polda Aceh dengan Metode Kromatografi Gas–Spektroskopi Massa

Abstract

The analysis of the chemical constituents of cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) confiscated in the region of Aceh Police i.e. Pidie Police Resort, Lhokseumawe Police Resort, Aceh Timur (Idi Rayeuk) Police Resort, Benar Meriah Police Resort and Aceh Tengah (Takengon) Police Resort has been carried by Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry Method. Cannabis was extracted with n-hexane and the extract was analyzed by Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry Method. Dronabinol and Cananbichromene compound found in all samples of cannabis investigated, Canabinol was found in four regions except Aceh Tengah (Takengon) Police Resort, 2-Metoxy-5-isopropilaxy-7-propenylnaphthquinone is found only in two regions i.e. Pidie Police Resort and Aceh Tengah Police Resort. The highest concentration of Dronabinol 80,92% from Aceh Timur Police; delta 9-Tetrahydrocannabvarin found only in two regions i.e. Aceh Timur Police Resort and Benar Meriah Police Resort. The highest concentration of Canabinol 14,25 % from Benar Meriah Police Resort; The highest concentration of Cannabichromene 10,98 % from Aceh Timur.

Analisis kandungan kimia ganja (Cannabis sativa L) hasil penyitaan di wilayah Kepolisian Daerah Aceh yaitu Kepolisian Resor Pidie, Kepolisian Resor Lhokseumawe, Kepolisian Resor Aceh Timur (Idi Rayeuk), Kepolisian Resor Benar Meriah dan Kepolisian Resor Aceh Tengah (Takengon) telah dilakukan dengan Metode Kromatografi Gas - Spektroskopi Massa. Ganja diekstraksi dengan n-heksan dan ekstrak ganja di analisis dengan Kromatografi Gas - Spektroskopi Massa. Ditemukan senyawa Dronabinol dan Canabicromene pada semua sampel ganja, Canabinol ditemukan pada 4 daerah asal kecuali Kepolisian Resor Aceh Tengah, 2-Metoxy-5-isopropilaxy-7-propenylnaphthquinone ditemukan di dua Kepolisian Resor asal Kepolisian Resor Pidie dan Kepolisian Resor Aceh Tengah. Konsentrasi Dronabinol terbesar 80,92% dari Kepolisian Resor Aceh Timur; Delta Sembilan Tetrahidrocannabivarin terdapat dari dua Kepolisian Resor asal yaitu Kepolisian Resor Aceh Timur dan Kepolisian Resor Benar Meriah; Canabinol terbesar 14,25% dari Kepolisian Resor Benar Meriah; Cannabicromene terbesar 10,98% dari Kepolisian Resor Aceh Timur.
