| dc.description.abstract | PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pupuk urea dan industri kimia lainnya. Penelitian difokuskan pada Syn Gas Compressor yang terdapat pada pabrik Amonia 2 unit Syn Loop. Sistem perawatan pada Pabrik Amonia 2 PT. XYZ terdiri dari sistem perawatan perbaikan (corrective maintenance) dan sistem perawatan pencegahan (preventive maintenance). Namun sistem perawatan pencegahan yang ada sekarang dinilai masih kurang efektif karena tidak semua komponen memiliki penjadwalan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu penelitian untuk membuat kebijakan perawatan mesin yang efektif bagi syn gas compressor sehingga downtime mesin dapat berkurang.
Penerapan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance pada Syn Gas Compressor di PT XYZ Pabrik Amonia 2 merupakan konsep maintenance yang efektif untuk menurunkan tingkat downtime mesin. Hasil pemilihan tindakan perawatan yang sesuai untuk perusahaan berdasarkan metode Reliability Centered maintenance adalah terdapat 4 item Syn Gas Compressor yang direncanakan dengan perawatan CD (Condition Directed), 3 item Syn Gas Compressor yang direncanakan dengan perawatan TD (Time Directed) dan 3 item Syn Gas Compressor dengan perawatan FF (Find Failure). Penerapan tindakan perawatan item Syn Gas Compressor dengan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) juga mampu mengurangi persentasi downtime sebesar 41,31 %. Penurunan waktu downtime menimbulkan peningkatan waktu produktif perusahaan dan reliability Syn Gas Compressor. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | PT XYZ is a company engaged in the urea fertilizer industry and other chemical industries. The study focused on Syn Gas Compressor found in the Ammonia 2 Syn Loop unit. Maintenance system at Ammonia Plant 2 PT. XYZ consists of a corrective maintenance system and preventive maintenance systems. However, the existing preventive care system is still considered ineffective because not all components have scheduling. Therefore, a study is needed to make an effective engine maintenance policy for syn gas compressors so that engine downtime can be reduced.
Application of Reliability Centered Maintenance method at Syn Gas Compressor at PT XYZ Amonia 2 Factory is an effective maintenance concept to reduce engine downtime. The results of the selection of appropriate treatment actions for companies based on the Reliability Centered maintenance method are there are 4 items of Syn Gas Compressor planned with CD care (Condition Directed), 3 items Syn Gas Compressor planned with TD treatment (Time Directed) and 3 items Syn Gas Compressor with maintenance of FF (Find Failure). The application of the Syn Gas Compressor maintenance measures using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method is also able to reduce the percentage of downtime by 41.31%.
