Mengetahui pengaruh inisiasi menyusui dini terhadap lama kala III dan jumlah perdarahan selama kala
IV.
Metode:
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental untuk membandingkan lama kala III dan jumlah
perdarahan selama kala IV pada kelompok Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD), kelompok oksitosin, dan
kelompok Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) yang diberikan oksitosin pada partus spontan pervaginam yang
dilakukan di ruang VK Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) H. Adam Malik Medan, RSU Dr. Pirngadi Medan,
RSU Sundari Medan, dan RS Universitas Sumatera Utara mulai bulan Maret 2019 sampai besar sampel
minimal terpenuhi.
Hasil:
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa umur pasien pada kelompok IMD, Oksitosin dan IMD + Oksitosin
mayoritas berumur 20-35 dengan besar masing-masing 19 (95%), 19 (95%) dan 15 (75%). Berdasarkan
paritas, didapatkan bahwa pada kelompok IMD, Oksitosin, dan IMD + Oksitosin, mayoritas sampel
memiliki status paritas sekundipara dan multipara. Dengan jumlah masing-masing 14 (70%), 8 (40%) dan
10 (50%) untuk kelompok paritas sekundipara dan 6 (30%), 8 (40%) dan 9 (45%) pada kelompok paritas
multipara.Berdasarkan LILA pada tiap kelompok IMD, Oksitosin, dan IMD+oksitosin didapatkan
mayoritas pasien dari tiap kelompok memiliki LIA > 23,5 dengan nilai masing-masing 18 (90%), 20 (100%)
dan 20 (100%). Perbandingan lama Kala III pada tiap kelompok didapatkan rerata antara kelompok IMD,
Oksitosin, dan IMD + oksitosin masing-masing 16 ± 0,6 ; 4,9 ± 0,6 ; 4,8 ± 0,5 dengan nilai p 0,001.
Perbandingan antar kelompok didapatkan bahwa perbandingan IMD vs Oksitosin dan IMD vs IMD +
Oksitosin adalah perbandingan yang bermakna dalam analisa ini dengan nilai P 0,001, sedangkan lama
kala III pada kelompok oksitosin dibandingkan dengan IMD + Oksitosin tidak berbeda bermakna secara
statistik dengan nilai p 1,00. Rerata jumlah perdarahan antar kelompok IMD, Oksitosin, dan IMD +
Oksitosin masing-masing adalah 139 ± 11,8, 141,8 ± 12,4 dan 132,1 ± 14,4 dengan nilai p 0,048.
Perbandingan jumlah perdarahan pada kelompok IMD vs oksitosin, IMD Vs IMD + Oksitosin dan
Oksitosin vs IMD + Oksitosin didaptakan nilai p pada masing-masing kelompok 1,0; 0.184 dan 0,059.
Kesimpulan:
Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara lama kala III pada kelompok IMD, oksitosin, dan IMD +
Oksitosin, dimana durasi Kala III terpendek dijumpai pada kelompok IMD+oksitosin dan kelompok
oksitosin, sedangkan berdasarkan jumlah perdarahan kala IV tidak dijumpai perbedaan yang bermakna
antara kelompok IMD, Oksitosin dan IMD + Oksitosin. | en_US |

Knowing the relationship breastfeeding with the duration of the third stage and the amount of bleeding during the
first stage IV.
Method:
This study is an experimental study to compare long third stage and the amount of bleeding during the first stage
IV group Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD), a group of oxytocin, and a group of Early Initiation of
Breastfeeding (IMD) given oxytocin at parturition spontaneous at VK General Hospital Center H. Adam Malik, RSU
dr. Pirngadi Medan, Sundari Hospital and University Hospital of North Sumatra starting in March 2019 until the
minimum sample size is fulfilled.
Results:
The result showed that the age of patients in the IMD, and IMD + oxytocin Oxytocin large majority aged 20-35 with
respectively 19 (95%), 19 (95%) and 15 (75%). LILA in each group based IMD, Oxytocin, and IMD + oxytocin
obtained the majority of patients in each group had LIA > 23.5 with the value of each 18 (90%), 20 (100%) and 20

± 0.5 with a p-value of 0.001. Comparisons between groups showed that the ratio of Oxytocin and IMD and IMD vs
IMD + Oxytocin is a meaningful comparison in this analysis with a P value of 0.001, while the long third stage of the
oxytocin group compared with the IMD + Oxytocin did not differ statistically significant with a p-value of 1.00 . The
mean number of bleeding between groups of IMD, Oxytocin, and IMD + Oxytocin each was 139 ± 11.8, 141.8 ± 12.4
and 132.1 ± 14.4 with p value 0.048. Comparison of the amount of bleeding in the oxytocin group vs IMD and IMD
vs IMD + Oxytocin is the comparison was significant in this analysis with a P value of 0.001, while the duration of III
in the oxytocin group compared with IMD + oxytocin did not differ statistically with a value of p 1.00. The mean
number of bleeding between the IMD, Oxytocin, and IMD + Oxytocin groups was 139 ± 11.8, 141.8 ± 12.4 and 132.1
± 14.4 respectively with a p value of 0.048. Comparison of the number of bleeding in the IMD vs oxytocin group,
IMD Vs IMD + Oxytocin and Oxytocin vs IMD + Oxytocin was obtained p value in each group 1.0; 0.184 and 0.059.
Conclusion:
There are significant differences between the old third stage of the group IMD, oxytocin, and IMD + Oxytocin,
where the duration of the Kala III shortest found in groups of IMD + oxytocin and groups of oxytocin, while based on
the amount of bleeding when the IV is not found significant differences between groups of IMD, Oxytocin and IMD
